Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain data pipelines for the Catalog and Pricing domains, ensuring quality, freshness, and observability.
  • •Contribute to the evolution of Search 2.0 while supporting Search 1.0, avoiding new technical debt and participating in consolidating into a single flow per domain.
  • •Implement batch and streaming data processing solutions focused on performance, scalability, and cost.
  • •Write high-quality code with unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, and support release automation using CI/CD and guardrails.
  • •Implement monitoring through alerts and dashboards for services owned by the team.

Key Requirements

  • •Develop solutions in Go and/or Java with clean, testable code that is easy to maintain.
  • •Build and maintain high-scale data pipelines with streaming processing experience using Kafka or similar technologies and big data ecosystem knowledge.
  • •Operate solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines independently.
  • •Apply basic secure development practices, including vulnerability-focused code review and OWASP principles.
  • •Know data modeling and event-driven architecture and messaging for solution design.
