Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business needs to identify, vet, pitch, sign, and onboard denim vendors to secure quality, cost, speed, reliability, and scalability.
•Pitch and onboard vendor partners using clear criteria for initial tests and confirm their ability to scale.
•Manage supplier relationships through onboarding trainings and performance management via WBR and MBR.
•Improve partner operations and expand the supply base to reduce costs and improve product quality and commercial terms.
•Optimize pricing and costs with merchants, procurement, and vendor partners to achieve margin targets while ensuring responsible sourcing compliance and contingency planning.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of sourcing and merchandising experience in denim categories.
•Proven ability to self-start, learn quickly, and adapt independently to new challenges.
