Key Responsibilities

  • •Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently as directed.
  • •Prepare trucks for loading/unloading (sampling, loosening nuts, opening hatches, attaching/detaching hoses).
  • •Load and unload agricultural inputs using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment; control and monitor load-out functions.
  • •Monitor and maintain quality of inventory and complete required record keeping.
  • •Maintain clean, orderly, safe work areas (including housekeeping and grounds maintenance such as snow removal), and report customer complaints, repair/maintenance needs, and safety concerns to a supervisor.
