Key Responsibilities

•Adjust non-attorney involved soft tissue bodily injury claims and related auto physical damage in compliance with state laws and regulations.
•Confirm coverage, identify and investigate loss details, determine legal liability, evaluate claims, negotiate, and settle within authority guidelines.
•Provide concierge-level member service through expectation setting, proactive communications, advice, and compassion.
•Clearly document the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement decision process.
•Collaborate with team members and partner with or direct vendors and internal business partners to facilitate timely claims resolution, including support for workload surges/Catastrophe Operations.

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma.
•1 year of injury adjusting or auto liability adjusting experience, including complex vehicle physical damage such as multi-vehicle, non-owned vehicles, or total loss claims.
•Working knowledge of the auto claims contract and application of case and state laws and regulations.
•Acquire and maintain an insurance adjuster license within 90 days and designated number of attempts.
•2+ years Auto Liability/Casualty adjusting experience with complex/multi-vehicle liability.
