Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end testing across multiple applications, APIs, vendor integrations, and downstream systems for complete business process validation.
  • •Define overall test strategy, scope, test environments, test data requirements, and timelines for cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test suites for UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end workflows.
  • •Create and maintain performance, load, stress, and volume testing suites to validate scalability, reliability, and operational readiness.
  • •Mentor offshore QA team members and coordinate distributed testing activities, defect triage, and production readiness validation prior to release approvals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •5+ years of related experience (or 2+ additional years of IT experience including IT Analytics, IT Troubleshooting, or IT Customer Service)
  • •Expertise in both manual and automated testing methodologies.
  • •Hands-on experience with QA test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Rest Assured, ReadyAPI, Postman, or equivalent.
  • •Experience creating and executing performance/load testing using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, BlazeMeter, or similar tools.
