Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and ensure timely booking and delivery of maintenance kits to sites to support maintenance schedules.
  • •Review and optimize preventive maintenance kits for equipment fleets under the HZL contract to maintain uptime.
  • •Forecast and plan major component replacements by balancing equipment usage and lifecycle management.
  • •Provide day-to-day guidance to store staff on BPCS activities and manage deviations effectively.
  • •Prepare and report maintenance compliance and usage metrics (including breakdown dashboards) and support commissioning of new machines within the maintenance system.

Key Requirements

  • •B.Tech degree in Mining Machinery, Mechanical, Automobile, or Electrical Engineering.
  • •Minimum 2 years relevant experience with hands-on proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • •Experience planning shutdowns and larger-scale projects involving resource allocation.
  • •Strong understanding of parts inventory management (Min/Max guidelines) and cost of goods sold (COGs) management.
  • •Ability to plan safely and effectively for crews of service technicians to complete tasks within scope and schedule.
