  • •Lead architectural design and technical direction for PaaS features, services, and platform components aligned to company strategy.
  • •Drive development of complex software solutions with high-quality, maintainable, well-tested code across technologies and platforms.
  • •Provide technical leadership and mentorship to multiple engineering teams, promoting best practices in software development and system design.
  • •Collaborate with engineering managers, SRE, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •10+ years of software development experience, including at least 3 years in a lead or principal engineering role.
  • •Deep expertise designing, building, and scaling complex, highly available, distributed systems.
  • •Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, Go) and familiarity with modern web frameworks.
  • •Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and database systems (relational and NoSQL).
