Key Responsibilities

  • •Process cash and non-cash transactions in the loan servicing application, including complex transactions as needed.
  • •Generate and send lender remittances and reporting for multiple lender types, including IRP (CMBS) and agency reporting (FNMA, FHLMC, GNMA).
  • •Facilitate delivery of funds to external clients and third parties as required.
  • •Perform system balancing, clear cash exceptions, and complete cash management functions.
