Key Responsibilities

•Draft and review private placement memoranda, coordinating with institutional client group and portfolio management and managing outside fund counsel in production
•Review and input on compliance and operations-related investor side letter provisions in connection with fundraisers
•Liaise with US and Luxembourg AML teams on AML reviews of prospective and existing investors
•Prepare, implement, and maintain fund-specific policies and procedures (e.g., excuse rights, transfer, redemption, NAV, valuation)
•Oversee compliance function in acquisitions and dispositions, including documentation of allocations, investor rights, and adherence to fund investment limitations

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 165,000 - 250,000 annually
