Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform machine PM, repairs, and changeovers to keep production running safely and efficiently.
  • •Spend most of the shift on the floor maintaining machine status and working with the shift supervisor.
  • •Complete shift handover and maintenance log entries at the start and before departing.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues; identify relief valves.
  • •Maintain GMP/SQF compliance and respond to emergencies to prevent nonconforming product shipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • •Experience troubleshooting pneumatic systems.
  • •Working knowledge of Lock Out/Tag Out requirements.
  • •Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting of machinery, including reading electrical prints.
  • •Prior certification on a forklift and experience with hydraulic servicing and pneumatic troubleshooting (plus resin/blending systems and specific machinery experience is a plus).
