  • •Complete the FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion, including the Consultative Selling Skills Certification.
  • •Provide a memorable customer experience by deepening consumer and small business relationships.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes, and internal resources to guide and lead the team.
  • •Use consultative sales to identify financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions for current and prospective customers.
  • •Source, develop, coach, and lead a team and reinforce Core Values and business strategies, including assisting with supervisory feedback and development.
