•Monitor product quality to ensure customer specifications are met or exceeded, coordinating with other departments to achieve production schedules and repairs with maintenance

Key Requirements

•High school education or equivalent; B.S. in Business/Management or an Engineering field
•2-4 years of related experience using leadership skills in a high-production environment
•Supervisory experience in an industrial setting (preferably metal rolling/slitting manufacturing)
•Strong organizational skills, effective oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work overtime, weekends, and shift work as required
