Job Summary

Serve as the primary onsite IT partner for employees in the New York office, providing day-to-day support across hardware, software, access, network, and workplace technology. Own New York onboarding and offboarding, administer Okta (SSO, provisioning, access management), and help manage SaaS and identity workflows using Terraform and Git-based processes. Run the New York office’s infrastructure and physical security systems, maintain macOS device compliance via MDM, and support A/V for hybrid meetings and events.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide primary onsite IT support for New York employees, resolving hardware, software, access, network, and workplace technology issues.
•Own onboarding and offboarding for New York employees, including hardware procurement, device preparation, shipping logistics, account provisioning, and access changes.
•Administer Okta for identity and access management, including SSO, application integrations, provisioning, and access management.
•Support infrastructure operations including office technology and security systems (ISPs, networking, firewalls, conference rooms, door access, and cameras).
•Manage macOS device fleet compliance via MDM and support hybrid meetings and company-wide A/V events, coordinating with cross-office IT and Security teams.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 190,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, corporate IT, or a similar role.
•Experience supporting employees and technology infrastructure in an onsite office environment.
•Strong experience administering identity, SaaS, endpoint-management, and collaboration platforms.
•Working knowledge of Git and version-controlled operational workflows.
•Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday in the New York office and travel to San Francisco about one week each month.
