Lead a Financial Solutions Center to improve customers’ and neighbors’ financial confidence by driving consumer sales and deepening existing relationships. Coach and develop your team through structured Pathways support, hiring and talent development, and consistent role-play. Key Responsibilities

•Deepen and grow consumer relationships through onboarding and outbound calling, achieving outbound calling expectations, and generating weekly appointments.
•Identify partner referrals and uncover consumer lending opportunities, with emphasis on real estate secured, including advocating for Refer-A-Friend.
•Develop your team and yourself by taking ownership of development, assisting employees with Pathways progression, providing coaching, and supporting talent acquisition and retention.
•Manage operations and compliance by protecting customer privacy and security, overseeing account opening and loan documentation, transaction processing, cash handling, and internal controls.
•Drive customer experience daily by championing the Customer Service Promise, increasing team sales effectiveness with BUILD and outbound calling, and ensuring follow-through and single-point problem resolution.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•An associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
•3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-centric sales environment, including leading and exceeding assigned goals and developing talent.
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with professionalism and solutions-based sales ability in a complex environment.
•Technologically savvy with tools such as Microsoft Office, internet, mobile technology, and bank systems.
•Must register and maintain current NMLS registration (MU4R) and have a valid driver’s license with local/regional travel.
