Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
  • •Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
  • •Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline across functions and levels through sourcing channels.
  • •Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create hiring plans.
  • •Lead, mentor, and guide recruiters and recruitment partners; drive employer branding, candidate experience, compliance, and recruitment analytics to improve effectiveness.

Key Requirements

  • •7–12 years of overall experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
  • •Minimum 5 years of relevant talent acquisition experience in logistics/supply chain/transportation/e-commerce/manufacturing or allied industries.
  • •Strong expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment management, including stakeholder management and high-volume hiring.
  • •Knowledge of recruitment technologies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • •MBA or post-graduate degree in HR/Business Administration/Psychology (or related), plus preferred talent acquisition/recruitment analytics/HR management certifications.
