Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end BI and data architecture and integrate configurable dashboards, self-service reporting, and predictive analytics within the CMM application.
  • •Architect interactive dashboards and visualizations, coordinate data replication/feeds, and monitor analytical query performance against monthly SLA targets.
  • •Oversee design, development, integration, and continuous enhancement of reporting tools, predictive analytics, and AI/ML capabilities aligned to federal compliance requirements.
  • •Implement and validate SQL logic, metric definitions, and semantic layers; coordinate with data engineering to resolve upstream data issues and curate reporting data.
  • •Establish data governance frameworks and standards, enforce privacy/access-control/data-handling requirements, and produce governance artifacts including lineage and metadata catalog processes.

Key Requirements

  • •MA/MS degree with 10+ years of general experience in information systems and 8+ years of specialized experience; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • •Expertise in Python and SQL with data transformations supporting large-scale analytical data systems.
  • •Strong hands-on experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or AWS QuickSight.
  • •Advanced SQL skills with analytical data models and semantic layers, including regulated/high-sensitivity environments.
  • •Experience delivering reporting and analytics in environments requiring compliance with privacy, access control, and data handling requirements.
