Key Responsibilities

•Support commercial performance, sustainability, and growth of the product portfolio for the UK Broker segment and other key Europe and APAC accounts.
•Provide product input to RFPs and tenders, ensuring competitive positioning and compliance alignment.
•Develop and structure competitive commercial offers for new and existing partners across European and APAC markets, aligned to product strategy and standards.
•Assist with deviation management by coordinating with Product Governance and Underwriting, and initiating Significant Change or new-process requests as needed.
•Act as a subject matter expert for product design and portfolio rationalization, partnering with Sales, Underwriting, Marketing, Deployment, and Governance for aligned delivery and go-to-market execution.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Product, UW, Operations, or a similar function, with travel insurance and broker channel experience preferred.
•Solid understanding of the insurance industry and regulatory environment.
•Strong knowledge of the Travel Product Portfolio and ability to interpret and communicate insurance terms and conditions.
•Ability to make data-driven decisions with orientation to delivery of KPIs.
•Communication skills to influence and present to stakeholders (in English), plus structured problem solving.
