Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a high-quality client service experience by handling enquiries from clients, investors, and internal stakeholders in a timely, professional manner.
  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners as a trusted contact for AML and Transfer Agency matters.
  • •Manage and resolve complex client queries, escalations, and exceptions to an effective resolution.
  • •Support investor onboarding and document management to ensure AML and regulatory requirements are met.
  • •Oversee processing and quality review of investor transactions, ensuring adherence to regulatory obligations and operational standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in a client-facing role within Financial Services, Transfer Agency, AML, Fund Administration, or a related environment.
  • •In-depth understanding of AML, investor servicing, or Transfer Agency processes.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations and resolve issues effectively to deliver positive outcomes.
  • •Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills to engage confidently with clients and senior stakeholders.
