Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of Strategic Connectivity accounts, owning the interface from contract signature through onboarding, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth including social and humanitarian impact.
  • •Help define and shape the social impact narrative for Starlink, documenting stories, case studies, and impact reports demonstrating benefits in education, healthcare, and economic development in remote areas.
  • •Manage strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including international aid organizations, philanthropic entities, and regulatory bodies.
  • •Define and advocate internal policy changes to embed social impact as a foundational element of Starlink's culture, including training programs and resource allocation.
  • •Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback to influence programmatic and technical development to maintain and grow the business.
