Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with healthcare customers to understand their clinical, operational, and data challenges and translate them into technical requirements.
  • •Design and implement integrations, data pipelines, and lightweight applications on top of Lamar’s platform.
  • •Build internal tools and deployment automation to accelerate future implementations and reliability.
  • •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on real-world customer needs.
  • •Prototype rapidly, deploy confidently, and iterate based on user feedback in the field.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience building and shipping software in production (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
  • •Experience working with healthcare data and stakeholders (customers, clinicians, care teams).
  • •Ability to design integrations, data pipelines, and lightweight applications on top of a platform.
  • •Comfort working in ambiguity and translating technical complexity for non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Strong communication and empathy to collaborate across product and engineering teams.
