Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Financial Aid leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to improve and scale critical student-facing operations.
  • •Support processes including aid applications, disbursements, billing, refunds, and payment plans with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • •Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable workflows that improve efficiency, quality, and team effectiveness.
  • •Create and maintain SOPs to keep teams aligned on how student-facing processes are executed.
  • •Establish performance metrics and dashboards, and partner with Product and Engineering to drive technology-enabled operational improvements.

Key Requirements
