Maintain safety and security for staff, artists, vendors, and guests while helping create a positive lounge and venue experience. Serve as an information resource for members, support reservation timing, monitor the lounge/podium, and proactively remove hazards. Prevent and resolve altercations, assist with emergency evacuations, check IDs for guests under 30, inspect for weapons using metal detection or pat-downs, and enforce house policies while communicating throughout the shift.
