Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the Fire Engineering team in terms of workload, project delivery and performance.
•Oversee the delivery of large, complex projects ensuring regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and national leadership to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
•Lead Performance & Review processes and establish SMART goals for team members.
•Mentor staff to support technical development and progression toward Chartership.

Key Requirements

•Experience in working on fire engineering projects in the UK.
•Extensive experience working in a large, multi-disciplinary environment.
•Comprehensive knowledge of UK guidance documents and standards (e.g., ADB, BS 9991/9999/9992, HTM 05-02, BB100).
•Proficiency in using fire engineering tools such as FDS, SFE, and evacuation modelling software.
•Membership in relevant professional institutions (e.g., MIFireE) and NFPA CFPE certification.
