Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, modify, and follow up on purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP/Ariba within agreed timelines.
  • •Support the full Procure-to-Pay process from requisition through ordering, receipt, and invoice resolution.
  • •Act as first point of contact for SAP Ariba and SAP ERP procurement process operational questions and user support for Ariba buying workflows.
  • •Support supplier onboarding and supplier master-data maintenance; follow up with suppliers on PO confirmations and invoices.
  • •Resolve invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable and Finance, monitor procurement KPIs, and identify process improvement opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • •Approximately 2–5 years of experience in procurement operations, purchasing administration, supply chain, or a similar role.
  • •Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and procurement workflows.
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba and/or SAP procurement solutions; preferably strong knowledge of SAP ERP purchasing.
  • •Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and good English & French; Dutch is a plus.
