Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate, control, and deploy fracturing processes onsite according to the client activity plan.
  • •Collaborate in the design phase and support deployment of other completion tools (training provided).
  • •Track chemicals, rates, and pressures using purpose-built software to collect and analyze effective data.
  • •Coordinate with the lab and occasionally manage frac chemical testing on location to ensure quality control.
  • •Supervise teams onsite, train new frac crew/engineers, write daily reports, and provide advisory support while troubleshooting operational challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •Onshore or field engineering experience in fracturing treatments or related completion operations such as stimulation, gravel packs, sand control, or pressure pumping.
  • •Ability to manage and test frac/stimulation oil and gas chemicals on location with an understanding of QA/QC.
  • •Strong customer-facing capability for communicating technical data.
  • •Demonstrated ability to understand and use software and modelling packages such as GOHFER, FracPro, and Stimplan.
  • •Excellent reporting, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with competence delivering training to new staff.
