Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop schematic and detailed BIM level models and identify conflicts, incomplete, or ambiguous design information.
  • •Coordinate with BIM service providers and subcontractors; create new library components and maintain BIM revision logs.
  • •Support BIM closeout documentation and prepare project-specific BIM guidelines.
  • •Assist in planning and scheduling, cost report setup and forecasting, and manage issue change orders, notices, and revisions.
  • •Derive material quantities and support construction coordination by modeling contractor questions and solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8 years of working experience, including 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Ability to prepare BIM models and shop drawings accurately and on time.
