•Survey internal software development lifecycle and code-generation workflows to identify structural friction early and prioritize interventions.
•Evaluate build, buy, and adapt options, including agentic and AI tooling, balancing cost, risk, and durability.
•Stand up prototypes and review architecture to validate fixes against target metrics before broader investment.
•Hire and manage a small high-caliber team (or act as a hands-on working manager) with a focus on talent density.
•Drive validated fixes from prototypes into internal adoption and build the case for productizing durable outcomes.
