  • •Analyze malfunctions and ensure they are resolved as quickly as possible.
  • •Direct staff and monitor/control the batch process of production units.
  • •Ensure compliance with required specifications and safety/environmental regulations.
  • •Coordinate smooth handovers during shift changes and ensure effective information transfer.
