Sr. Instructional Designer

Create and maintain instructor-led and web-based training for Esri customers, focusing on GIS concepts, skills, and workflows. You’ll analyze learner needs, define measurable learning objectives, partner with subject matter experts, and design adult-learning grounded courses. Own assessment development and feedback, continuously improve existing Esri curriculum for consistency, and collaborate on learning content workflows while supporting broader customer education initiatives.
