  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field
  • •4–8 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process engineering
  • •Experience with cleanroom contamination control, including AMC/AMS monitoring, testing methods, and facility systems
  • •Strong understanding of analytical instrumentation (accuracy, precision, detection limits, and system limitations)
  • •Knowledge of semiconductor process areas such as etch, films, photolithography, wet processes, and CMP
