Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and execute a cohesive, data-driven strategy to shape, capture, and close strategic growth opportunities in new or existing markets.
  • •Grow existing business and generate new business for large programs of record and similar transitioned programs at scale.
  • •Develop deep understanding of existing and prospective client base, program roadmaps, and competitive landscape.
  • •Maintain relationships with U.S. Army air and missile defense program office stakeholders to identify opportunities, address program issues, and provide strategic direction across teams.
  • •Collaborate across business lines and partner teams to develop and execute plans for programmatic shaping, contracting strategy, funding strategy, and partnership strategy leading to future capture opportunities.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 292,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 10 years of relevant operations, acquisition, program management, business development, and/or capture experience in government and/or private sector joint military operations, special operations, fires, air defense, and/or related areas.
  • •Experience shaping, capturing, and leading acquisition, management, development, and/or capture of defense programs of record.
  • •Extensive knowledge of working with Program Acquisition Executive Offices, Service and/or Joint Programs of Record, requirement owners, operating forces, and industry partners to develop and field capabilities.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and leverage key relationships with senior officials and program stakeholders within the DoW and broader U.S. government.
  • •Active U.S. Secret security clearance (and ability to maintain it), with willingness to travel up to 50%.
