•Solid understanding of PCB fabrication and assembly processes, limitations, design rules, and best practices.
•Experience with ECAD libraries and library management.
•Familiarity with signal/power integrity and high-speed controlled-impedance routing (e.g., USB, PCIe, Ethernet), with eligibility for security clearance.
