Job Summary

Support the Human Factors team by planning, executing, and analyzing research that explores how users interact with ZOLL medical products. Conduct usability tests, home-use studies, and interviews; prepare materials, run participant sessions, and ensure compliance with study protocols. Collect and summarize research data to inform product design decisions, maintain the testing lab and equipment, and document study records with strong attention to detail.

•Prepare study materials, set up testing environments, schedule participant sessions, and provide clear study instructions and training.

•Minimum of two years of professional experience assisting or leading user research, usability testing, or observational studies in a regulated or structured environment.
•Ability to lead research activities under the direction of a human factors or research professional.
•Ability to write and follow step-by-step study instructions, protocols, and procedures accurately and consistently.
•Ability to moderate study sessions and interact professionally with participants and cross-functional teams.
