Key Responsibilities

  • •Craft Technical Requirements, Design, and Test Plans to develop products aligned with the product and design visions

  • •Standardize web development practices with a focus on backend technologies
  • •Create automated test suites to ensure functionality and prevent regression

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, with strong proficiency in Python
  • •Proven experience building backend systems, using frameworks such as Django or similar
  • •Demonstrated ability to propose multiple solutions, evaluate technical trade-offs, and identify the most effective approach
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of working closely with cross-functional stakeholders
