Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute full-cycle accounts receivable (quote-to-cash), including invoicing, reconciliations, and collections follow-up.
  • •Process vendor invoices and ensure timely approvals and payments.
  • •Design, maintain, audit, and document sales commission plans in spreadsheets and Odoo.
  • •Support month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and headcount reviews while maintaining reliable financial data and internal controls.
  • •Partner cross-functionally to improve sales and operational processes, automate repetitive finance tasks using scripting and AI tools, and implement purchasing/pricing controls.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in accounting, FP&A, finance, revenue operations, business operations, or consulting.
  • •CPA or actively working toward CPA designation.
