Job Summary

Lead the design, development, and deployment of production-grade agentic AI systems embedded into the investment lifecycle. You’ll work across Investments, Investments Technology, and TRP Labs to architect and operationalize autonomous AI agents that use proprietary financial data and integrate with enterprise systems. Define technical standards, governance, and engineering discipline to scale responsible AI across a global asset management platform, while mentoring engineering squads and managing AI technical debt.

•Proven analytical and problem-solving ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
