Injection Molding 2nd shift Supervisor

Oversee 2nd shift injection molding operations, ensuring the production department runs efficiently to meet cost, profit, and output goals. Lead and develop employees, manage schedules, maintenance planning, and machine/mold capacity. Drive quality, safety, and environmental compliance, complete daily process checks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and waste. Manage department costs and inventory while providing coaching, performance feedback, and reporting.
