Lead and optimize FP&A operations within the Global Capability Center in Kraków, ensuring high‑quality, timely financial deliverables; manage and develop FP&A teams; drive standardization, governance, SOPs, controls and automation; monitor SLAs/KPIs and risks; partner with regional/global Finance Stakeholders on budgeting, forecasting and close activities; act as a trusted advisor to senior Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and oversee FP&A operations within the Global Capability Center, ensuring high-quality, timely and accurate financial deliverables across supported business areas.
•Establish and maintain effective relationships with client finance and business Stakeholders to ensure alignment on service delivery and strategic priorities.
•Manage and develop FP&A teams, driving performance, engagement and capability growth.
•Drive standardization, SOPs governance, operational controls and backup models across FP&A processes.
•Monitor and manage service delivery against defined SLAs and KPIs, proactively addressing risks and capacity constraints.

Key Requirements

•University degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field (professional finance qualification CIMA or ACCA is an advantage)
•At least 6 years of professional experience in financial services, FP&A or related roles
•Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams in a finance or shared services environment
•Fluent English at C1 level or higher
•Experience delivering high-quality services, managing stakeholders and driving process improvements
