Apprentice Technician

Assist seasoned service technicians with the installation and repair of environmental control (HVAC) systems at customer locations. Learn refrigeration theory, control systems, pipe fitting, and structural layouts while using hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications. Work with supervising field technicians and project managers, enforce safety standards, and help maintain accountability of company assets through Trane’s four-year, paid apprenticeship program with mentorship and training.
