Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing and preparing concrete and UHPC mix designs and carry out laboratory trial batches.
  • •Conduct laboratory testing of concrete, cement, aggregates, admixtures, and other construction materials in accordance with ASTM standards and approved procedures.
  • •Record, organize, analyze, and interpret laboratory test data to evaluate and optimize trial mixes and materials.
  • •Investigate abnormal or inconsistent test results and repeat or troubleshoot trials under direction of senior engineers.
  • •Prepare laboratory and technical reports, presentations, trial summaries, data sheets, and update lab SOPs and test documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • •0–2 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • •Knowledge of concrete technology and construction materials is a plus.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • •Good communication skills with strong attention to detail, eagerness to learn and develop.
