Key Responsibilities

•Own and evolve the customer lifecycle marketing strategy to drive upsell, cross-sell, referral, and expansion across the customer journey.
•Partner with Product Line Leaders and Product Marketing to translate product goals into a coherent strategy for existing customers.
•Directly manage a Customer Marketing Lead and oversee email, in-app, direct mail, and digital campaigns with Demand Generation, Marketing Growth Operations, and Product Marketing.
•Build a test-and-learn framework across channels and segments, and deliver reporting that enables fast, data-backed adjustments.
•Own core customer programs and communications, including customer engagement initiatives (e.g., advisory board, loyalty, incentives, referrals) and voice-of-customer research (e.g., NPS, churned outreach).

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, demand generation, or growth roles in a high-growth B2B tech/B2B SaaS environment, with demonstrated success managing and developing a team.
•Own a marketing function or strategic pillar end-to-end (strategy, execution, reporting, and budget management).
•Advanced hands-on experience with a customer engagement platform such as Customer.io or Marketo, including governance, deliverability, and campaign QA.
•Strong analytical mindset using data from tools like Salesforce, Looker, Hex, and Excel/Sheets to drive segmentation and targeting.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating strategy for team members and senior stakeholders.
