•Repair smaller-sized dents on steel and aluminum vehicle panels using paintless dent repair techniques.
•Access vehicle panels and apply glue-pulling methods to perform repairs.
•Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers to support vehicle reconditioning.
•Work scheduled shifts (including availability for 1st and 2nd shift) and follow mandatory overtime requirements when needed.
•Follow safety procedures and use required protective equipment while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
•Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and use required safety equipment (e.g., face shield/goggles, gloves, mask).
