Process and maintain investor KYC in line with AML requirements for Transfer Agency activities, ensuring records in the AML database are accurate and up to date. Review and archive KYC documentation for new and existing investors, prioritize requests within agreed timeframes, and escalate critical issues promptly to protect clients and the business. Provide effective customer support through clear communication by telephone and in writing, while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining strong attention to detail.
