Key Responsibilities

  • •Accountable for Cards product and service delivery across Digital Channels through the Agile Product Lifecycle.
  • •Define product vision, roadmap, and backlog priority; develop business cases and prioritize epics/themes/stories by value and ROI.
  • •Provide cards domain expertise across the Visa card lifecycle and digital card servicing/customer journeys.
  • •Gather and coordinate requirements with stakeholders and external partners; define user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
  • •Plan releases, monitor KPIs/performance, and drive continuous optimization while ensuring alignment with security, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Cards, Payments, Digital Banking, or Financial Services with end-to-end Cards delivery responsibility.
  • •Strong Visa product knowledge, scheme rules, mandates, certification processes, and the end-to-end card transaction lifecycle.
  • •Hands-on techno-functional experience with VisionPLUS and a deep understanding of card lifecycle management (authorization, clearing/settlement, processing, controls, limits, fees, disputes, chargebacks).
  • •Proven delivery experience integrating card platforms with Mobile Banking, Online Banking, APIs, middleware, payment switches, digital wallets, and self-service channels.
  • •Strong knowledge of Agile delivery (backlog management, user-story/acceptance criteria, release planning) and security topics such as PCI DSS and 3D Secure; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
