Job Summary

Join Mercado Libre's Fintech team as a business strategy analyst focusing on individual financial solutions. •Evolve and maximize adoption of our financial solutions for individuals
•Manage and evolve user lifecycle to optimize engagement, recurrence, and minimize churn
•Maximize profitability of our consumer financial solutions (LTV perspective)
•Co-design with Marketing campaigns for acquisition, engagement and retention of users
•Co-build with product and IT the evolution of solutions provided to users

Key Requirements

•Be a professional in Engineering, Economics, Public Accounting, Business Administration, Finance and/or Business
•Have 4 years of experience in business, product, or growth roles
•Proficiency in Excel and SQL is desirable
•Strong analytical and strategic thinking with a business mindset
•Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and IT
