Job Summary

Partner with the leadership of the Physical AI business unit to run end-to-end commercial deal work. Draft, review, and negotiate master services agreements, statements of work, order forms, and data/privacy-related agreements, advising Sales, Product, and cross-functional partners on legal risk. Help shape deal structures and go-to-market approaches, and design scalable legal policies and processes for global growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Draft, review, and negotiate master services agreements, statements of work, and order forms with autonomous driving and robotics companies in partnership with Sales.
•Negotiate a wide range of agreements including partnership, reseller, vendor, and DPA agreements.
•Assess legal risk and provide clear, practical guidance to support business decision-making.
•Work directly with leadership to shape business and legal strategy for the Physical AI business unit and influence deal structures and go-to-market approaches.
•Design, implement, and iterate on scalable policies and processes to manage legal and business risk globally.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 264,800 - 331,000 annually

Key Requirements

•JD and membership in the California Bar in good standing.
•At least 9+ years combined law firm and in-house experience with training in commercial agreements, data licensing, and intellectual property.
•Experience drafting and negotiating complex data licensing, services, or technology agreements.
•Ability to communicate clearly with business and technical audiences and translate legal concepts for non-lawyers.
•Collaborative, pragmatic approach with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude to handle novel, challenging projects.
