Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, evaluate, and develop partnerships with external entities aligned to GPS strategy pillars to support customer transformation in treasury functions and business processes.
  • •Develop ecosystem-level solutions and sales strategy by identifying ecosystem problem statements and structuring ecosystem offerings across existing and emerging sectors.
  • •Support ideation and execution of new business models and emerging themes (e.g., D2C, open networks) in close conjunction with product and sales teams.
  • •Lead thought leadership in the payments space, including content creation and execution of internal/external communications with marketing, product, sales, and GPS country leadership.
  • •Manage responsible integration and project delivery, ensuring effective delivery outcomes and up-to-date skills with market trends.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering graduate with 6 to 8 years of experience in banking, with preferably 3 years client-facing experience in the Wholesale Bank.
  • •Deep knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Treasury Management System (TMS).
  • •Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON (added advantage).
  • •Ability to operate under pressure, self-motivate, and motivate team members in a challenging environment.
  • •Responsible for bank integration and project management, keeping skills up to date with market trends.
