Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the PAM product roadmap, prioritizing features that enhance security, automation, and user experience.
  • •Translate business needs into solutions by working closely with engineers and stakeholders across Security, Risk, Compliance, and IT.
  • •Manage the product backlog and ensure successful delivery of PAM initiatives.
  • •Identify opportunities to improve existing PAM processes and introduce new capabilities aligned to industry best practices.
  • •Collaborate on risk, audit support, and continuous improvement, including remediation alignment for audit findings.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 3,750 - 5,650 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience as a Product Owner (or similar) in Identity & Access Management, including several years in Privileged Access Management.
  • •Hands-on experience leading PAM and IAM market solutions such as CyberArk and Microsoft Entra ID (or similar).
  • •Experience driving security improvements through automation and process optimization within PAM.
  • •Experience supporting security governance, risk management, compliance frameworks, audit activities, and remediation of audit findings.
  • •Experience with Agile methodology and strong stakeholder management to lead complex initiatives across business and technology teams.
