Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a creative vision aligned to country content strategy priorities.
  • •Oversee creation and editorial curation of content across design kits, campaign documents, briefs, and in-house production as needed.
  • •Drive AI adoption in production and content innovation, supporting new product formats and emerging trends.
  • •Lead quality control for content outputs to ensure brand guidelines and high standards of visual and messaging quality.
  • •Manage local freelance designers/creators, provide briefs and feedback, and run retrospectives/performance reviews to refine strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • •Proven experience in creative leadership roles, ideally with international/regional/market-level remit.
  • •Strong portfolio showcasing design work and content campaigns with cultural resonance and local user needs.
  • •Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (SEO, Growth, Marketing, Product).
  • •Experience managing freelancers and/or creators with a focus on quality and alignment.
