Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead major compliance projects including ICT implementation reviews and compliance sign-offs, and rollout of new regulatory requirements across markets or asset classes.
  • •Provide compliance oversight of ICT implementations and technology projects, including reviewing and approving technology changes and embedding controls into system architecture.
  • •Monitor compliance with regulatory technical standards (e.g., MiFID II RTS 6 algorithmic trading requirements) and oversee compliance documentation/audit trails across the SDLC.
  • •Stay current on global regulatory standards per jurisdiction and act as a compliance liaison for technology and trading teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s or JD preferred.

  • •Strong background in ICT governance/control frameworks, system change management, and technology audit/compliance testing.
  • •Ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to HFT operations, with analytical problem-solving and strong stakeholder communication.
